Lifetime of Love2

Happy belated President's Day everyone. Hope everything went well on Monday except for the rain in the afternoon. I was actually at my Uncle's house at Pearlridge celebrating my daughter's birthday when it poured rain on us. It was okay because we had just finished and was just cleaning up and getting ready to open her gifts inside the house. I told my daughter that it was a blessing in disguised. Anyway, back to crafting, I wanted to post this wedding card that I made for my friend/co-worker who got married almost a year now. I love how it turned out. I love making wedding card as you will see later on. I will be posting a few more next time. Thanks for looking.....

A RAK from KYOKO

Look at what I got from Kyoko, it's so cute. Thank you Kyoto for this birthday card, I could definitely use this. I love how you used the flower rhinestone as the flame.

Happy Valentines everybody. For todays post, I am not posting a valentine card but a wedding card that I made for my boss. She had asked me to make a wedding card because she couldn't find anything at the store that really stood out. When I heard that I felt honored because she had seen some of my cards and she was impressed. I was so thrilled to make one for her and I wanted to leave a lasting impression and so I created this. What do you think?

Hello Kitty Gift (Pull Out Treat)

Hello Everyone, here is my attempt to make a pull out treat for my daughter's classmate. Her name is Carys and she turned 5 this month. As you can see, I used the hello kitty die (my first time using it) and used a Valentine paper from American Crafts (got it on sale at Ben Franklin) as background. I put glitter on the word Happy Birthday and personalized it by adding her name. And I think it's so cute, I want to keep it but instead I took a picture of it and posted it so all of you can see it. Thank you Teri for teaching me, I love going to her class, her class inpires me to create. To see tutorial on this, please visit Teri's blog.

Here is the gift that is hiding inside the box, a hello kitty stamping pens. My daughter picked it out for her classmate. She(my daughter) also told me that she would like one for her birthday as well which is coming up this Thursday. She will turn 5 too. Well that is it for now, thank you for visiting. Have a nice day!!!

Reason to Smile

A month ago when I was at Teri's class (big ideas fromalittle girl), she told us (Penny and I) that she will be having a one card swap and that she will e-mail us of who we will be partner with. At first I thought, do I really want to do this and then I thought well it's only going to be one card so I(we) said "YES". And here is what I came up with. I used the Reason to Smile stamp set from SU.

In this picture, you can see that I used rhinestone and glitter on top of the butterfly. I love how it turned out. I hope the person receiving this likes it too. Lets cross out finger. Thanks for looking. =)

January Class

Hello everyone! hope all of you are doing a wonderful day. I just wanted to show some pictures of some artwork that we did for our January Class that was held at my friends house (Penny). I learned this from Teri Suzuki' class which I always try to attend. We used 4 CD holder and convert them into a box. We made a base to place it on which we decorated with a ribbon. As you can see from this pictures, I made it as a tissue holder. The January class theme is about Valentine.

Here are a few more scrapbook layout that we did to place inside the CD holder.
Sorry some picture came out blurry.

And these are the cards that was included in that class. If you have seen the card on the bottom before is because I copied them off the Stampin' Up website. I love how everything fit together so I did not want to change anything.

The next few picture are some of my friends that attends my class regularly. They try to show off their work to the camera.

And lastly, this is me with Penny. I just want to thank Penny for everything, if it weren't for her, I wouldn't be blogging right now. Phew, sorry for the long blog, I will try to make it short next time. If you have any questions, please leave a comment. Thank you! Now it's time for me to go to sleep. Good Night!
